Heating System Cooling System
Inspect and tighten all electrical connections and terminals. Chemically clean and thoroughly wash condenser coil (s).
Remove, clean, and adjust main burners. Lubricate motor and fan bearings.
Remove, clean, and adjust main gas burners. Inspect evaporator coil and drain pan when readily accessible.
Thoroughly brush and vacuum clean the heat exchanger. Clean and inspect drain lines and fittings.
Inspect the flue assemble and test flue gas drafting. Clean, level, and calibrate thermostat.
